V70 2,5 TDI automatic gearbox problem

Hi there! I have a problem with my V70 2,5 TDI 1997 with a automatic gearbox.
When it gets warm it wont shift to the last gear. But when it is cold, it shifts perfect in all gears.
Anybody tried something like that or knows What the problem might be?
