Should i buy this car

I'm considering a 2002 C70-HT convertible with 57k miles. It looks clean but I haven't had it checked out. The convertible top has been replaced. The car smells stale. Noticed that the a/c started out okay but later was blowing warm air. Saw some condensation on a small hose near the coolant reservoir. It seemed to take an unusually long time for the top to go down, the front windows make a thump when completely lowered, and I thought I heard a bit of a crackle in the radio speakers, also noticed that the 3 disc CD cartridge was missing. Drove about 5 miles on the freeway and nothing bad but nothing terribly impressive either. I expected a smoother ride on the city streets. Car pulled a little to the left. Dealer said it could be tire pressure or that the street wasn't level. For you experienced Volvo drivers: knowing what you know now, would you buy it? My major fear about buying a Volvo is the cost of ownership/repair/maintainability. Can anyone point out typical problems that I should expect with this model. What about leaks?

BTW the seller is VEHICLEVILLE in Opa Locka near North Miami, Florida.

Thanks.
