Houston, TX- Enthusiast local knowledge & help needed
 

I have a friend in Houston who is looking at the potential purchase of a Volvo 850 or S70, and may need help in negotiating the local scene. Unfortunately, I'm located in Upstate New York, and thus don't have much of an idea of the local Houston market.

Are there any enthusiasts in Houston who could give us some advice and knowledge specific to the market there?
