1988 245 "redblock" timing belt

So I just bought this wagon knowing it had a broken timing belt. My original intention was to swap engines from my 88 sedan. But after some research, I figured why not give it a go and try to replace the belt. I was looking around in the back and found the Continental belt I need! I think I need to get the camshaft to TDC along with the #1 cylinder. Am I right?

This is my first time replacing the timing belt, so any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

By typing in "timing belt" in the search box, I came up with the following.

That link didn't work for me. Strange. I posted a pic in the second thread you'll get by that search.

Wierd...I tested that link after inserting it,too. To the original poster, the point is, timing belt service is rather common....especially on a car who's manufacturer stated 45k for replacement. If you will click on the search button above, then click the advanced search...search in the left hand option box for "title only" for timing belt. I really think TB changes may be the most common DIY repair that results in a no-start condition.
