I made a little bit of progress. My other two Volvos are more of a priority right now so this project is slow going,

Beautiful work here!

I'm hoping to give my interior a similar treatment. Can you offer any tips/advice for carpet removal?

Its actually not that hard, just takes a bit of time. Remove seats, E-brake console, seat belts, shifter surround which will require removal of the shifter ****, all rocker panel trim pieces, etc...

They came from Kaplhenke Racing. They are now destined for my sedan. The wagon ended up being too rusty for such a nice refreshening. At least all the interior parts are going to an enthusiast.

Nice job! Looks really good. I noticed you mentioned the radio. If you have the original tape deck and the deck does not work, buy a plug in FM transmitter ($20 or so), hook to your cell phone and you can play your music through it over your radio. I get sick of the same 30 songs on radio and have a long commute and this worked out great. I also bought a tape player with a usb attachment($30.00, I think) and make copies of my old tapes to a comp then copy to phone and into the Volvo!
