Not sure about that year bumper, but yes. there are some. one is made in AZ by a turbobrick member, and another is imported from sweden.
You can always update to the mid 80's bumper style to use a kit....

There's gotta be some manufacturer making them, I've seen pre-1980 Volvos running around with them. I suppose you could upgrade your bumper and use a more modern one, but older 240s just don't look right without the I-beam bumper. Wouldn't give mine up. Didn't old 242s come with chin spoilers or some sort of air dam? They had the old-style bumpers I think.

 

Like TIPSP said, there is a member on turbobricks that is currently making his own but the kits are post production. YOu can find them on ebay here and there but erebundi (kit company) stopped making them in the mid 90's... I would check Turbobricks.com. I think the guy is making them at home and they are reasonably priced since there is somewhat of a demand from other members over there.
