'92 Volvo 940 Sedan, Electrical Problem
 

Hey just registered here to get some opinions.

Volvo 940 GL Sedan (92) Wont start, the engine turns over strongly but just cranks and cranks and wont start. The Ignition Module doesn't seem to be generating a spark/power to the... (Distrbuter?). It happened all the sudden (parked it, came back... wouldn't start). Took it to a local shop (one i dont trust). And they said they replaced the Ignition Coil (200$ ??????) And they are getting a spark out of the ignition module now but it still wont start.. And they've been trying to figure out whats wrong for a day or two now.

Im HIGHLY tempted to tell them to Forget it, and just get the car towed home and work on it there.. But im not sure i could narrow it down..

Anyone have some thoughts on what could be wrong? I find it highly unlikely that Two different parts of the ignition system would break at the same time, But I haven't verified what the shop has told me yet. But I do know from my own testing the ignition module wouldn't generate a spark/power.
