Does anyone have any sites or know whow easy or hard it is to change intake gasjet on 91 940 turbo?

You gotta take the intake manifold off, which means you have to disconnect everything thats connected to it and/or in the way. at least intake studs are much less likely to strip out than exhaust studs, so you probably won't need to timesert/helicoil anything. I'd still use a liberal dose of kroil or another penetrant.

while you have it off, is probably a good time to pull and clean the crankcase ventilation oil trap thats directly under it. and replace the heater hoses if they look remotely old as they are hard to access with the manifold in place.

I'm curious, why? B230FT intake manifolds and gaskets aren't known for being problematic.
