Have you checked your wiring harness?

First things first...have you pulled codes from the OBD? Check both socket 2 and 6. You do know about hi-res and low-res injectors, right? Because your car is set up for low-res. Put the original green tops back in. Two things...your fuel pump relay is actually 2 relays. One side runs the pumps. Other side provides power to the injectors. Also, there is a radio suppression relay mounted to the overflow tank under the hood. If it craps out, car won't start.

no since it smy first Volvo i'm used to newer Cars.
and i haven't take the time to learn how to read codes on that thing.
all i know is that u stick the thing and it will blink in a series of codes.
Any reference for the OBD how to would be gladly appreciated!!

thinking on buying this book since i haven't found th eService manual.

swiftjustice44 !
your saying that Relays Doesnt mean that if their CLICKING means their WORKING!
right?
just order the Pump and injector Relay for 13.95$ not bad $ i guess... will have it on my hands for tomorow.

Usually clicking means they're getting power; whether they work or not depends on whether the contact points are toasted. And, in the case of the fuel pump relay, one side can work while the other side is toasty.
