Default Electric issue warning lights

I have checked my bulbs and they are intact, but they will not come on when key is turned, upon starting my check engine will come on and the arrow indicating i have overdrive disengaged even though it is engaged, eventually my abs light comes on, ocassionally my breaks seem to prematurely engage the abs before my abs light comes on. Stepping on the breaks dims the check engine and abs lights. I replaced the heater core but still.have to a lot of electrically relays, any clues, hints, or ideas? 92 volvo 740 wagon non turbo

You have a bad circuit board in back of instrument pedal--need to refloat the solder points which are cracked and cause these various anomalies--most likely. May also have a bad ground, (not so likely).
