help with ID-ing turbo gasket

The gasket connecting what I assume is the turbo blowoff and another pipe is blown. I managed to replace it with a ****ty smaller gasket that I had to cut out a bit but I need to know what gasket goes here so I can get a good replacement. With the tiny gap in it my turbo will spool up and not send the boost into engine causing it to slowly accelerate and over build boost. Anyone know what gasket this is and where to order it?

what year/model car is that? I don't believe either of my turbos (a 91 and a 92) had anything looking like that in that position, the blowoff/bypass valve was on the side of hte turbo like...

but both mine had mitsubishi turbos, I'm guessing that must be a garrett ?

It's an 89 740 turbo sedan. I honestly have no idea whether it's Garrett or Mitsubishi
