phew, hard to parse that run-on sentence.

so you need to replace your intank fuel pump, fuel sending unit, and fuel pickup...

not sure what you are saying about the 25A fuel system fuse.

if your battery terminals are corroded, you should replace the terminals and probably the cables too.

until you fix the fuel delivery, its impossible to know if there are more issues. 1984 is a 'biodegradable wiring' car, so if the main engine harnesses have not been replaced, there's a strong possibility of more gremlins down the road. Dave Barton has high quality custom made harnesses for most years, see https://www.240turbo.com/volvoharnesses.html#240series

Well, punctuation for starters. People here are nice enough to help, at least you can make your comment readable.

Also, I found some fuel sending units, but they all have the same pictures it's hard to believe, it's legit if you don't mind, may you share a link to one, thank you.

this is an aftermarket fuel sending unit,
https://www.ipdusa.com/products/7385...-vm414-1367253
but it does not include the in-tank fuel pump or the fuel pickup sock, you will need those, too.
this is the factory part,
https://www.ipdusa.com/products/1678...-volvo-1367253
(but it too does not include pump or sock)

you will also want this o-ring
https://www.ipdusa.com/products/5428...e-volvo-949276
and, the clamp ring is probably toast, so...
https://www.ipdusa.com/products/9258...-volvo-1235324

here is an aftermarket in-tank pump kit that comes with everything else you'll need...

You not only need the sending unit but are likely to need the in-tank pump as well. Read the notes in the link below. Many of the aftermarket sending units are wired incorrectly so you want to check it out prior to installing it. It's easy to correct the wiring when the unit is outside the car.
