Location of blower resistor

I own a venerable 1991 Volvo 740. Can anyone tell me where the blower resistor is located and how to replace it?

it is behind the glove box. the glove box is held in by 2 nuts (on the bottom), and 2 screws ( behind felt coverd caps on the sides) when you open the door of the box. The resistor is visible and held in by a couple screws.
