lpg gas conversion
 

Hi am new to forum so hope this has not already been covered i have searched and not found anything i am in need of a large estate carand am thinking of buying a 240 or a 740 estate and converting it to run on lpg gas has anybody any experience of running there volvo on gas i am ok with the actual conversion but have heard of some horror storys with the carb version of the 240 as regards drop in mpg when using gas but aparantly the injection model is much better i realise that most conversions do see a small drop in mpg when converted but have been quoted figures in the low teens for the carb version of the 240
