Default lug nuts

I am going to put a set of 15" Draco's on my 88 245. I thought I read somewhere that a certain lug nut had to be used (taper/thread). Anyone got some experience doing this?

All Volvo nuts are tapered-one end is flat, the other sort of rounded and this is the end that goes against the wheel...

Did some more searching and found the post on Brickboard under Virgo vs Draco wheels. The send response talks about the lug nuts needing to have flat shoulders for the wheel to set right. I cant get the link to post here.
