stock boost gauge on 940 turbo?

Default stock boost gauge on 940 turbo?

so i am putting in a boost gauge in my car and i cannot find the stock vacuum line for the stock boost gauge!!!? i ripped apart my whole interior and cannot find it.... do i have to remove the dash?

also last time i ripped apart my console area the normal gauges like speedo, tach, clock, gas gauge etc don't light up at all. any idea what wire got messed up????? there are over 9 billion wires in this car. i am scared



It's a 1991 volvo 940 turbo SE (automatic)

If it's anything like the 740, the vacuum for it goes through a rubber grommet on the firewall next to the brake booster (coming from somewhere on the intake manifold). The comes to a T that should be visible above the gas/brake pedal. It's a different model, so it's possible that it isn't the same.

Why don't you just follow it from the stock boost gauge? Other than that, it is like Koriflame says, just like on a 740.
