No hot start 940T

Ok guys, I have been searching on the forums and internet, including Volvo UK which has been helpful, but can't get my problem fixed. I have a 1994 940 Turbo with 174xxx miles. It has gotten harder and harder to start over time and now when it's hot it won't start at all. Turns over till the battery dies. I have replaced the fuel filter, RPM sensor, spark plugs, coil, re-soldered the Pump relay and radio suppression relay and still no dice.

The cranking has gotten noticeably weaker and it sounds so much stronger when jumped from another car. When it is hot and has a strong crank it will start even when hot, but on its own it will not. Fuel pump primes and it does not smell of fuel.

I haven't checked the coolant temp sensor and that was going to be my next move. I get in it in the morning and it starts, drive an hour to my internship and by the time I get done (10 hours) it will start again. But I can't stop during my trip because I will not be able to start it again. It runs fine as far as I know when it does start, there's a slight hesitation sometimes when I give it some gas but it is only slight.

I am super lost and a college student so I don't have alot of money to throw around on sensors and relays. Anything will help and I would greatly appreciate it. Luckily my girlfriend has an S70 I can use in the meantime (Doesn't seem right the old brick is being put to shame by the FWD Forlvo).
Thanks!

WHY? Why do all that? The "shotgun" approach rarely if ever works...

Change your Fuel Pressure Regulator.
