Rear Seat Swap 244 to 245
 

I found someone who has a nice cloth interior on an '83 244 that he's parting out, and rather than make new seat covers, I thought this would be a time saving endeavor, however, I don't know if it's possible to use the 244 seatbacks in a 245. Does anyone know if this works easily, takes some effort, or if it can't be done?

The seats are totally different in the way they are fitted into the cars.

In my opinion it would require a lot of work to fit 244 rear seats into a 245 and ensure that they are secure and safe.
