Default Replacing 88 240 rear bumper...

My roommate decided to back my volvo into the my garage at like 5 in the morning the other night for absolutley no reason, and rubbed a concrete block wrong and it broke the bumper off of the body. It just broke the aluminum out from around the bolts, leaving the bolts in place. Now we are trying to find a way to pull a bumper off of a 240 at a salvage yard, but not making much progress. Any tips on pulling a bumper off? And are all the bumpers transferable? My car is an 88 sedan, the bumper we are trying to pull is from an 84 wagon...they seem the same, except the 84 only has 2 bolts on both sides to pull, and my 88 has 3 on each side. Anyway, any help would be greatly appreciated! If anyone knows a site that sells replacement bumpers would work too, as long as they are not totally crazy prices.
