Seat Swap Question?? 240 DL

I would like to install seats from a 1986 240 DL wagon into a 1989 240 DL sedan.

Unsure if they are compatable. Can the rear seat back from the wagon be installed in the sedan? If

If things match up is this a fairly easy job?
