SRS light on
 

My battery died last night. When I jumped the car. It started up.But the SRS light came on the dash. I replaced the battery. The SRS light is still on. Is there any reset for it ?

The 240 has a 10 second self-diagnostic routine when switched on. If its not going off, it's findng a fault (or thinks it has). There is a procedure to a. read the srs codes and b. reset the srs. If you shoot me a pm w/ your email I can send it to you in .pdf format. I tried converting the .pdf to .jpg w/ a freebie program so photobucket would accept it but it came out rather skewed. Drop me a note...we can get it reset fairly easily.

I know this is an old post I'm following, but I have the same issue as jpirsh. Do you still have that PDF with the solution? Mine is a '93 240 Wagon. Thanks.
