Where is the main block ground on 244?

I thought I tackled all the ground points on my 85 244 LH2.2

Although I don't have any other issues besides this coolant temp gauge sender, it's been pointed out my block may not be properly grounded. This is due to issues with my coolant temp gauge sender very likely not being grounded.

The only point I know of is right next to the power steering, but I get the suspicion there's another one below the IAC.

For instance these points have been cleaned, sanded & sprayed:
*2 on manifold
*1 on valve cover to chassis
*1 on Alt
*1 on throttle body
*1 battery to chassis (by battery)

(also cleaned those for all the lights, but that system has no issues.)

Then the one I mentioned above right next to power steering, I haven't touched yet.
But, is there another that I missed here or does the block use that one by the power steering?

3 engine grounds on a LH 2.2 240.... facing the 'intake' side of the engine, so the front of hte engine is to your left...

ground point 1 is the left fuel rail mount bolt: ECU control/signal ground for the ECU pin 5 and 11, the coolant temp sensor, the O2 sensor, and the AMM/MAF. most of these wires are brown-black.

ground point 2 is, I believe, the one you show as 'needs fixed', its the chrysler ignition system ground. my drawings show that as a black wire. they also appear to show it connected to that bracket, rather than bolted directly to the engine, but I don't have a car like that handy to look at (my 87 240 is with my daughter off at her university, far from here).

ground point 3 is the right fuel rail mount bolt, and is the injection 'power' ground, including ECU pin 25, and throttle position switch. My drawings show these as black wires.

there is also a monster thick blue ground wire that goes from the starter directly to the battery negative terminal.

hmm, I just looked at my 740 (LH2.4) and while the ECU/injection control and power grounds are the same, the ICU (ignition) is grounded with the injection rather than to its own point. it also showed a main battery-engine ground on the lower front of the other side of the engine. but 740/940's are wired considerably differently than 240's so this is probably different too. The 240 drawings don't hardly show the alternator ground, which IIRC was a light blue wire (I had to replace it once)

Thanks Pierce, turns out that ground in the picture, is actually perfect, like it was meant to be bent like that.

All this temp gauge sender problem came from me having the wires on the wrong blades due to a image I found on google images.

in case someone finds this post with the same temp sender problem this image is the correct placement for all 240 models
