Cars been in storage for couple years. I have changed both fuel pumps. Hard to start, have to hold down on gas pedal to start idles rough, but runs good down road. I put sea foam in has not helped yet

 

Did you change any fluids? What about fuel filter? I don't know how long gas can sit before going bad, could have had some water in your tank. One cheap thing you could do is clean the throttle body, which might help some.
