well, how does it drive? If it drives normal or gets you from A to B ie - starts, idles correctly and you have full power then it may not be the MAF. Sometimes the CEL codes can be caused by a simple intake air leak or a dirty throttle body or idle air value can set the same codes. If the car has some stumbles but drives normal at other times, then you may want to start with cleaning the intake including the MAF, idle valve, throttle body using something like CRC MAF cleaner - not carb cleaner which can damage the filaments in the MAF.
