Default 960 series power steering hose

Okay, my power steering fluid is leaking!!! I can actually see where it spurts out when you turn the wheel. It obviously needs to be replaced. I am in no position to take it in. What is the difficulty on replacing this hose? Could I do it myself? Would I need special tools? Any advice would be appreciated!

If it is the rubber one by the oil filter you might be able to trim it down some and install a small piece of pipe to rejoin the hoses.

It is that exact one. Is it difficult? Could I do it myself?

You should be able to.
The main thing is finding something to reconnect the hoses after you cut the bad part out.
