Need Some Help Please!
 

Hi guyz and galz.
O.K so I was involved in an accident in my 1995 volvo 960.
The air bags came out...BUT the car is not really hurt that bad!
SO the big problem that I have is that the car starts just fine...goes in gears but won't move! BUT NOW it has even stopped going into gears.
Could this be an electrical thing? cuz after inspecting the car there is no way that the transmition could have been damaged externally.
Any help would be appriciated!

P.S If some1 could please post the transmition codes for this vehicle (if there's such a thing) and tell me also how to put in codes...

If it won't go into gear I would say tranny.
How bad is the car?
Any pics?

Ok it doesn't look like anything is pushed back.
I would say maybe tranny went.
Is the Arrow flashing?

I havn't noticed any arrow flashing...(regardless of not knowing what arrow ur talking about).

There is an arrow on the dash.
If you put the car in winter mode or put the shifter all the way down in low gear the arrow should light up.
If it flashes that means there is a code in the transmission control module.

Oh k I'll have a look at that tomorrow but lets say the arrow doesn't flash then how would I insert a code?

You can try reading codes but following the instructions in the link below.
Transmission is A1 then post the codes.

Out of curiosity did the airbag smash the passenger side of thewindshield like that?

That's what exactly did it...the bitter thing is that going 30 and having it come out was really useless and disappointing
To make it worse now i need a new front glass.
