Power Window switches

The window switches on 3 of the doors are intermittent. Is there a trick to removing and cleaning these?

They will come out. It is alot easier to remove the Door panle to get to them.
I have tried before and broke the cover around the switch to get them out without removing the panel.

You can try if you like though.
