Identify Brake Line Hanger

I can't imagine what kind of person thought that this part wasn't important enough to put back on. This same person also riveted the wheel well splash shield to the bumper.
Anyway,
I wish I had a part number to call a dealer with.
Otherwise I'm going to try to hit up a junk yard next week. Maybe I'll find a few other parts I've been looking for.

Probably the same guy who dropped it in the dirt and couldn't find it
I don't think even the Volvo parts guys would have a name for it. On something like that don't feel bad giving them a call and just asking for the metal brace that holds the brake line to the fender where the metal line meets the rubber one. Trust me that's a great description compared to some like "I need the thing on the top of the engine with the electrical conncetor". Guy didn't know what it did, couldn't really pinpoint where it was and everything I showed him wasn't it. Ya just can't help some people.
Plus, if they have email you can send the picture.
