Default Blowing Core Plug

Can You Help.
Yesterday I Was Driving The T5-R And Showing Off To My Mates,When All Of A Sudden The Was A Loud 'Pop' Sound
And The Car Died.
My First Thought Was The Turbo Going,But Looking In The Mirrors There Wasnt Any Blue Or White Smoke.
Pulled Over And Lifted The Bonnet To Look Around,No Signs Of Split/Pulled Off Hoses,Intercooler Intact.
Started It Up And There Was A Real Loud Rawing Sound.
Traced It To A Core Plug That Had Popped Ourt Of The Inlet Manifold???.
Its Opposite The Throttle Butterfly Near The Cam Belt Side.
Is This Common? Does This Mean A New Inlet Manifold? Why Did It Do It On Half Throttle Going On To 2/3rds And Not At Full During The Previous 2 Hours?[]

Im not sure if you can purchase the plug or not you will have to check with the local dealer.
It might have just blown out from age.
I have never seen this happen before.

Yes,You Can Get The Plug,My Dealer Said He'd Never Come Across That Before.
Theres A Pipe That Comes Of That Plug And Runs Behind The Manifold,Can Only See About 2" Of It.
I Found A Small Hole In It.
Could This Have Caused It To Be Running A Higher Boost Than Normal?
It Went When I Used The Over Boost In Second Gear?

No that would not make the car go into overboost.
That hose is part of the "PCV" system.It has mothing to do with the turbo or boost.
