Hello! I am sorry if this was covered multiple times. I have been looking for at least a week then decided to join forums and look harder still no answer that i can find.........

long story short....... 95 850 turbo used, 185k miles used turbo put on 80k ago. currently at stage 0, replaced all vacuum hoses and checked all pipes. the car will boost to only 5 psi with everything stock. installed manual boost controller and will not adjust boost. I have it compressor side line in, and waste gate line out. car Still will only boost 8 psi with manual controller. If i disconnect lines from compressor side and wastegate and leave them just hanging the turbo quickly boosts to 13psi+ i let off before it goes over 13. then with MBC connected only 7-8psi. Please help this is driving me nuts lol.
