Volvo Silicone Intercooler Hose Kit (Blue) - Mishimoto MMHOSE-VOL-97TBL | FCP Euro

Has anyone tried these? If so, any luck? Good bit cheaper than SamCo's

 

They are just as good as the samco's, just a little stiffer.

 

Anyone bought something they WOULD NOT recommend ??

Wouldn't touch Chinese junk but that's just me. I have these and I can't even use one of the hoses because it's a quarter inch too small. The bottom most hose won't fit at all. The rest would stretch and the on on the turbo itself is just too large for the pipe that goes into it. What KILLS me is that they removed the exact item I bought... I may be filing a complaint with ebay too. DO NOT buy from YJRacing.

 

are you saying the Mishimoto are junk? I have read reviews that were mostly good, but those were mostly on WRXs. I understand the material would be the same, was a lil worried about the fit

 

No, the Mishimoto hoses are good. The hoses from China that Kiss4aFrog posted are what I was talking about.

 

Chrispy T, for the cost of those you could have purchased the ones from FCP without clamps for about the same $$$

 

I know. It really sucks. I'm in the process of getting it taken care of. I shouldn't have to but you know how it is. Plenty of decent reviews but I still got screwed.
