Found these 15x7 offset 36 BBS wheels with a 5x108 bolt pattern and a hub diameter of approx. 65mm. I think they're a set of style 5 from a BMW e30. (correct me if I'm wrong) Not pretty as is but the price is right for the set and with a few hours of work (sanding, etching primer, sanding, filler primer, gunmetal paint, and clear coat) They could look good. They should be a direct fit correct? I've seen pictures of 96' 850's like mine with these wheels but just wanted to make sure these are good to use before I drive 2 hours to check them out. Thanks for any Input! -Luke |
Generally RWD cars have less offset than FWD - The standard offset for 850s is ET43 on a 6.5" inch rim so your ET36s will be closer to the fenders by about half an inch (1.4 inch for the offset plus 1/4 inch for the rim width). You need to measure the center bore for the wheels to get the right hub-centering rings (to fill a center bore larger than Volvo's 65.1mm size. Not sure if the e30s used 5x108 (Volvo) or 5x100 bolt patterns. If you know the year/model of the donor car, you can check at wheel-size.com
