Blowermotor resistor on 95 850 w/mcc
 

Would someone be so kind as to tell me exactly where it can be found. I understand you need to pull the glove box out etc. I have already done this but am having trouble locating the part. Thanks, Steve

If you look along the main air duct from the blower motor over toward the center of the car you will see a pair of relays mounted on a small metal shelf. More or less half way between the relays and the blower there is an electrical connector that goes to the blower resistor. The resistor is inset into the air duct and, as I recall, it is held in place with a single T-25 torx bit. There is a wiring harness that makes getting a straight shot at the torx screw difficult and I used a T-20 bit - at an angle - to remove and replace the Torx screw.
