Buzzing sound in car door - motor short ?
 

My wife reports an intermittent buzzing sound, like a wasp is in the door panel. Wondering if it is an electric short affecting the door lock or window motor ???

She says if she rolls the window down a little bit it stops. When she rolls it back up all the way it might start again.

Always when the car is in motion; so it could be a mechanical vibration.

It is cold, so a real insect inside the panel should not be active.

Only way to find out is pull the panel.
You could try to pull the fuse for the window motor one day and the locks another and see if it goes away but getting in there is the best.

I cleaned & lubricated the door seal and it stopped.
