850 Electric window switch

How hard is it to remove the electric window switch without damaging the console?

Comes right out once you get the console out. You need to remove the console and take it out from the back. If you look in Helpful Hints you will find how to remove the console.

I did a search on how to remove the dash and found the above thread with a link

but this does no appear to work. Can anybody direct me to a how to remove the center console?
