E code lenses
Who here runs the E code euro lenese on thier 850's?? While I love the euro looks of the lenses themselves, do they really improve the 850s lighting ablities. I know from riding in the 850R that I will be buying that the lights are incredable compared to my Jeeps lights. Just trying to rationalize the cost vs the actualy benifits. Thanks Mike

RE: E code lenses
Run a search. Someone on here recently bought them and felt like they should have gotten a gallon of lube. They seemed to do nothing for him. - AB

RE: E code lenses
With the E-code lenses your going from DOT to the Euro spec version. Thusly the light output with the lenses will be different. The beam pattern that is will be. I had them on my 70 series and loved them. Much better then stock.
If you going to buy these get them from, http://www.fcpgroton.com They are cheaper then most places for the E-codes. 1. The apperance of the vehicle changes greatly. 2. The beam pattern is a lot better. Overall it is a great investment. |
RE: E code lenses
From FCP Groton you will spend about $190 for the E-code turn signals and Headlamps. That is including shipping. $200 at the most I would think.

RE: E code lenses
That is where I was planning to get the lenses and turn signals from. Thanks for the replies. Mike

E-code turn signals
Does anyone know where I can get a set of E-code turn signals and the bulb sockets and will ship to the US? I can find the housings easily but finding the bulb sockets seem to be impossible. The part number I see for the sockets is 9133105.
