Hi still no further forward with this problem though I'd go to volvo get codes read first question what color badge you got on front of car oh it's volvo in a black back ground our readers only go back to 2000 ie volvo in blue back ground and our hand held reader are no better than the one you have so if you got no codes that's what we will have great I'll be sure to not buy another so anyone got any ideas changed lam sensor alternator as it only charge at 12.3 v changed starter as it was a bit sluggish still light on goes like a rocket just need light off for mot michael
