Engine/trans. lifting question

I am getting ready to lift my engine/trans. with an engine hoist to gain access to the transmission cover so I can change the S1 shift solenoid out. I have a couple questions though:

1-I see a motor mount that will need to be unbolted in the front of the engine on the bottom in the center, also the mount on the top of the motor will probably need to come off as well. Are there any others that must be removed/unbolted? I am only going to lift the transmission up enough to gain clearance to the trans. cover bolts...that's the objective.

2-can I use the upper mount to raise the engine, or should I use a strap around the transmission?

there are five mounts that needs to be removed, at the back of the engine, the right side of the engine on the passenger side, the front as you mentioned the top mount and transmission torque mount.
