I've got a 96 850 (205,000 miles) and the flex coming off the maniflod exhaust has cracked. Is it possible, and relatively easy to have someone cut and weld in a new flex pipe, or do I have to try to get a whole new exhaust manifold? I see a lot of people talking about this, so hopefully there is a good answer out there.

You would be better off finding a new one.
