Headlight wiring problem ? Help!
Hello all. I have a 1995 850 GLT wagon, 200,000 miles. Love my car. The passengers side headlight bulb used to have to be replaced a couple times a year. This time I replaced bulb but no light. Checked and the old bulb was fine. Fuses are fine Appears to be wiring problem. Can I fix this myself or do I have to take it to a Volvo dealership? How much do you think this repair may run?
Thanks in advance

When you turn on the headlights (and the passenger side headlight does not come on) does the "Bulb Malfunction" light come on in the lower left side of the instrument cluster? Does it go out when you turn the headlights off?
If the headlight fails to light and the bulb malfunction light on the dash does not come on than likely the headlight relay is bad.
If the headlight fails to light and the bulb malfunction light on the dash does come on than likely a wire is broken somewhere.
