Or .... the parents disconnected it so their kid wouldn't get caught in it.

The ages of kids around 4 to 8 or so are always followed by,??? "what's that button do"?

Yeah, I lubed it up today, the track was slow to come back in. I had to help it. Cleaned all of the grit, and will do it 3 more times just to be sure. The people that last owned this car did the Jiffy Lube special on it, and that's it! Geeez! No wonder! Where's the love. My 850 is coming back to life.

It is amazing what vehicles will put up with and keep running. Mine was given an oil filter occasionally as the previous owner figured it leaked enough oil and they had to add a quart so often it was always fairly fresh.
That's as bad as the people who know they need to add three quarts again because that "OIL" light came back on to remind them. I used to try and explain to them that when the light comes on it was a serious problem and not a reminder but most don't get it or don't care.

Default same here

my sunfoof jamed after i drove it on a bumpy dirt road and dislodged one of those little black trim peices on the side, i can open it to "vent" and close but to open regularly i have to force it by hand. i think its that black trim piece jamed in the back of the slot....

Yeah I found one of those black pieces as well cleaning it. I'm cleaning the track about every 3 times I slide it, because it keeps dragging grit out. Can see where the plastic pieces went. Still going
