How can I un-jam rear driver's wheel?

The car has been sitting in the driveway a few months and the wheel is stuck. I tried to move it to the barn for safekeeping but I just keep digging a deeper hole in my gravel driveway. Only moves about 1/2 inch forward or back. All the other wheels move fine.

Is there a way to break it loose? Emergency break wasn't really strong when on anyways.

So you have three rolling wheels and one ski?

Jack it up, take the wheel off and soak/douse/flood the assembly with some sort of lube for a day. Fill the hole in the gravel then put a board down under the tire. Set it down and give it a try. It will break loose or slide on the board. Either way your moving.

If you are talking about a rear wheel, it is possible that your parking brake has broken. Search for the parking brake thread and work on it from there.

Either that or your caliper is locked.. Happens on some of my motorcycles when they sit for a while.. If the e-brake isnt stuck try hitting the caliper with a hammer it should brealk it loose

Like i said the e-brake hardly did anything before so i'll take off the wheel, spray WD40, hammer it and cuss. Maybe the rotor rusted that bad. thanks guys

I have read that people have parked their cars for a couple of hours come outside and their car would not move. A e-brake cable broke and locked the wheel hub. So it has nothing to do with how well they worked before, it's all about them popping loose and locking the hub from the inside.

If you're going to spray it, I'd recommend PBlaster. I've used it on rusted bolts on my 240 and it works like a charm. Spray it, let it sit for a day and it will loosen just about anything.
