Intermittent ac blower

I have a 95 850 turbo with the automatic climate control system. when i start the car somtimes the blower will run normally if not the compressor and recirc indicator lamps will flash. i checkes the codes and am getting
4-1-8 any ideas?

Do you have a OBD-II scanner?

The resistor is most likely bad.
