Not really sure about the instructions for the Head.
It is fairly easy to get off.

What do you need to know about the Radio security?

Once you disconnect the battery you will have to punch in the code when you hook the battery back up.

If you don't have the code get it from your local Dealer.

Browse thru earlier posts from JimK. Read his details on...

1) The Valve Cover must stay with corresponding head. Cam bearing caps/towers are built into Valve Cover.

2) The Cam Bearing Caps/Towers must stay in original location and stay with corresponding head. Heads without corresponding Bearing Caps/Towers must be rebored.

3) There is no Valve Cover Gasket. A liquid gasket is applied with a paint roller.

4) The head bolts must be removed in a specific order. New head bolts are required and must be installed in a specific order -- reverse order of when they were removed.

5) Machine shop should check head for flatness. New Valve Springs may be needed.
