Yeah, that looks pretty good. I'm kind of indecisive though if I want to dye them like that so I still have the trim aspect of the car, or have it all black like the car. I've seen a couple pictures of some R's that had the trim painted black to match the rest of the car and I really liked it.

Not a fan of flat black paint jobs.

Reminds me too much of what Honda owners do.

Back in the day, muscle car guys did it to save money on hood paint jobs when they changed hoods. Then, it became a style.

Hondas are becoming as played out as mid-90's Camaros.

Anyway, you can paint it to match the color, or get Duplicolor trim paint and paint it black instead of gray. I did it to my wagon and my old GLT I had for a few months.

This one will get done eventually.

I like the flat black on that car, I think it works. That's what I would do is a nice glossy black. Get yours up to par so you can make the trip over the midwest meet and greet.

everyone likes and dislikes different things.
Some cars look good in flat black. others look stupid.

Only some cars can pull off some colors. Expect for gold. IMO, no car look good gold.

I would do a flat black prime. Drive around for a little bit, then get a paintjob.

There's no point in getting a paint job. I would just paint the trim glossy black and leave the rest of my car alone.

Sorry, i was reffering to what I would do for my car, was never intending it for you ;)
I need to stop posting my thoughts....

Black is an easy color to blend/match your current paint, find a gloss paint you like and go for it! worst case is you dont like it, you repaint it with another color.

Haha, ooooh ok. I was like I never mentioned painting my car?? Anyways, yeah, your right, if I don't like it, paint it something else.

let me know how it goes. I still dont know 100% is i am going to paint or dye....
I am too lazy to even buy the stuff.

Haha, sounds good. I will probably try and do it next weekend because I'm redoing the struts that weekend as well as finish my stereo.
