Are the Kilen springs that FCP carries any good?

meh. didn't lower the car that much. Great ride though.

which would i be better off with? the IPDs? or the Kilens?

I don't know. Whichever one you want. This is all preference. I'm not going to tell you which one to buy. Kilens are cheaper, they're a great ride, I don't know the lowering ability of them because they were paired with Bilstein HDs. IPDs supposedly ride great, you've obviously seen pictures of others' cars with them installed. I only have the IPD rears with two coils cut off, so I couldn't tell you how they ride.

Im currently running bilstein touring shocks and struts, how much lower do the kilens actually put the car?
