Leak down test

I have owned my 1995 Volvo 850 Turbo station wagon since new. Ultra meticulously maintained. I need to figure out how to interpret a leak down test to determine if doing a valve job is worth it. Results of leak down test = Cyl #1 - 10%, Cyl #2 - 30%, Cyl #3 - 10%, Cyl #4 - 12%, Cyl #5 - 10%. Compression test = Cyl #1 - 175 psi, Cyl #2 - 100 psi, Cyl #3 - 175psi, Cyl #4 - 145psi, Cyl#5 - 175psi. Car runs well, no serious problems other than high mileage. Need to provide a reliable car to son living in Los Angeles.

I'm assuming the leak down was done with compressed air... where did the air go for #2 ? was their any sound coming from the throttle body or exhaust pipe? pressure coming out of the oil filler cap? You can't assume the leak down is finding a bad valve - it could be a valve, rings, cracked head etc. You can try using an inspection cam to look for any cylinder wall scoring etc. Did you try a wet/dry compression test on Cyl 2?
