Which lowering springs did you buy

So which springs are going to give me the lowest ride height? I was going to order the TME springs from IPD, but I want to know which will give me the lowest height that people have used. Thanks for the info. Also anybody know where I can get an 850R front bumper?

Go with the coil-overs if you want to go low. I went with the H&R springs w/ bilstine. Its ok, not as low as they advertised.

1. Have you done any searching on this forum or GOOGLE at all?

2. For the lowest ride height coilovers are the only way to go.

3. I suggest you look at this link right here, https://volvoforums.com/m_38606/tm.htm
and this one, https://volvoforums.com/m_65537/tm.htm

You can find the answer your looking for in those threads that are linked above. Yeah your going to have to do some searching, but so what.

Also, make sure you can get a hold of and/or afford the front and rear camber kits. If you dont get these at the same time and then get an alignment, you will spend that money on replacement tires eventually. The lower you go, the quicker the tires wear out.

for the most comfortable ride with a decent ride height, I went with H&R sport springs in the front and Coilovers in the rear of my 02 TLS. I was able to dial in the ride height that suited me on the rear, compensating for the sound system. The front hardly ever bottomed out.

Oh yeh, that brings me to the next thing you have to do, replace your stock shocks/struts. They will go out. I opted for Tokico adjustables. So much money is spent on getting it all done that I am reluctant to do anything to the stock suspension on my 850...it's just a daily driver :)
