A part of mt T-5R fell off

Behind the front air dam skirt thing is another plastic part. It is black and it fell off my car today. Should I go through the trouble of having it reattached? It looks pretty beat up, but it must serve some purpose right?

I have to replace a front corner lens too. The hood release latch should be taken off first right? Only one screw holds the directional lens in place? I can't get my hand in there w/out removing the hood latch thing I think.

thanks guys

The corner lights are not held with screws. There is a wire "spring" release on the inside that is released. Then pull the light off forward because there are tabs on the light that will break if you pull to the side.

You should be able to do this without removing the hood latch.

The air scoop under the car helps direct air for cooling. It also protects the ac line. If you can afford another one, replace it. I think they are $59 on iPd, etc.

Air Guide

You slide the light into place then pull the hook-spring back in place. Usually your little pinky finger is best. I have also used a fishing hook extractor, some use needle nose pliers, etc.

Rspi posted the one for an s70. The one you posted is for an 850.

I wasn't trying to find his specific part as much as trying to show that they sold them and the cost. My bad.

This is what the front turn signal lens retaining spring looks like. The bigger loop is the part you're looking for behind each hood latch. Just after the loop you see it makes a "S" bend. That fits into a "V" formed in the body. All you need to do is pull it toward the engine a bit and turn it to get it to release and pull the lens assembly out the front.
