repair books
Hi all,
I would like to know of any repair manuals that are more detailed than the chiltons or haynes. I am not a mechanic, just someone who has a 10 year old Volvo 850 turbo wagon, but want to try to do the work myself. Thank You |

I know how you feel. A friend of mine has an '85 Porshe 944. Another has a 92 Nissan 240 sx. I help them change suspention, but its not the same on a Volvo.
I would like to know the same question.
|

Your best bet would be to get factory manuals. Volvo puts them out for all their cars. The only place I know you can get them other than a Volvo dealership would be through ebay.

This web site claims to have all of the books for all of the cars online. You have to purchase a yearly subscription for $25, but like I said, they claim to have everything, including many pictures and diagrams for help. |
